STEUBENVILLE–A telecommunications fraud case against a Pennsylvania man has been dismissed from the Jefferson County Common Pleas Court docket.
Edward Garibay, 61, of Plum had originally been indicted for alleged unauthorized use of his former employer's computers and phone system. Judge Joseph Bruzzese, however, ultimately granted a defense motion to dismiss the charges for insufficient evidence.
