NEW CUMBERLAND — The Oak Glen community is grieving the loss of one of its own. Hancock County deputies are investigating a fatal all-terrain vehicle crash which claimed the life of Carter “Boo Boo” Pesacreta, 16, of Newell, Friday afternoon.
