Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston announces flood relief collections
WHEELING — The Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston announced Wednesday that it is asking all parishes and missions to conduct special collections for disaster relief following devastating storms and flooding that affected several regions across West Virginia.
