STEUBENVILLE — There were no contested races at the county level in Tuesday's primary election, and there likely will be just one in the Nov. 3 general election. Jefferson County voters approve local property taxes

STEUBENVILLE — Voters in communities throughout Jefferson County approved the renewal of several property taxes that help fund important services when they went to the polls Tuesday. In Amsterdam, residents voted 30-15 in favor of renewing a 3-mill, five-year levy that will be used for recreation expenses.
