Amsterdam flea market offers vendors, raffles and community fun

AMSTERSDAM – The Rogers Park Flea Market is set for Aug. 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a full day of vendors, food, raffles and activities planned for the community. Organizers are seeking volunteers to assist with traffic, ticket sales and keeping the park tidy. Donations of basketballs, pop and water also are being accepted for the community. Brianna Whitehead will offer $5 nail trims near the dog park for those bringing their dogs to the event.
