Hiram Moore

He was born March 25, 1930 in Uniontown, WV son of the late Paul and Mamie Rine Moore.

Hiram retired from Weirton after 32 years of service. He was a Baptist by faith, a member of the Masonic Lodge #171, Weirton, The Scottish Rite, Wheeling and Aladan Temple, Columbus, OH.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife: Dorothy Briggs Moore; two sons: Grady Moore and Randylyn Moore; grandson: Sean Fereyle and one brother: Lawrence Moore.

Survivors include four sons: Larry (Paula) Moore, Sr. of Newport, VA, Ronald (Lyn) Moore of New Cumberland, WV, Dennis (Jolene) Moore of Proctor, WV and Anthony “Tye” Moore of Moundsville; four grandchildren: Larry Moore, Jr of FL, Daniel (Chancy) Moore of FL, Jennifer (Dan) Montgomery of Weirton, WV and Randi (Josh) Peck of OH; ten great- grandchildren; a great-great grandson; and two nieces.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville, WV.

Interment in Mt. Hobart Cemetery, Proctor, WV.
