William Reed II
William E. Reed II, 71, of Richmond, Ohio passed away on Friday, February 11, 2022. He was a 1968 graduate of Wintersville High School.
Bill earned his bachelor’s degree from the College of Steubenville and his Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State. Bill practiced law in Steubenville for 30 years and taught business law classes at Franciscan University and Eastern Gateway Community College. He was an avid marksman and enjoyed amateur radio as a hobby.
Preceding Bill in death were his mother Helen Starr Reed and brother Gary.
Bill is survived by his father William E. Reed; brothers Mark and Rick; and his children William, John, Sarah, Benjamin and Samuel.
Per the family’s request, there will be no visitation or services.
