JOHN BROTHERS

John L. Brothers, 73, of Weirton, WV, passed away Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center. He was born November 15, 1949, in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late Clinton and Frances (Thompson) Brothers. John was a Vietnam War Veteran serving with the U.S. Marine Corps. He was employed by Anthony Mining and Schaippa Coal.

John is survived by his loving wife, Sandra (Turk) Brothers; son, John (Renee) Brothers; daughter, Lisa Brothers; grandsons, James and Adam Brothers; sister, Barbara (Raymond) Zak; brothers, Clinton Lee Brothers and Ernest Brothers.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Road, Wintersville, on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m.
