LYNN REINHARDT
Lynn Kummer Reinhardt, 80, of Medina, passed away peacefully on June 1st. She had bravely battled cancer since early last year. She never complained or gave up but was still laughing and graceful until God called her home. Lynn was born on 11/1/1942, All Saints Day, in Steubenville, Ohio where she also spent her childhood with her grandparents.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Cliff, 2 children, Scott (Sabrina) and Kelly (Tony), 4 grandchildren, Rachael (Nate), Joshua, Jacob (Karli) and Abby, and 2 great grandchildren, Ian and Bridget. She is also survived by her beloved uncle Bill (Carol). She was raised as his sister.
Lynn graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1964 with a BA in elementary education. A lifetime animal lover, she spent over 30 years doing Newfoundland rescue and always had a houseful of dearly loved dogs and cats. Lynn’s heart was as pure as gold and her eyes were as blue as the sky.
She was a member of Cornerstone Chapel for the past 28 years. There will be a private graveside service for her family.
A celebration of Lynn’s life will be announced at a later date.
