CLYDE ELLIOTT
Clyde R. Elliott, 84 of Paris, PA passed away unexpectedly and peacefully on Wednesday July 5, 2023, at Weirton Medical Center.
He was born November 17, 1938, in Paris, PA. The son of the late Chalmer T. “Chum” and Mildred Hanlin Elliott.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Joan Spano. Clyde was a member of Paris Presbyterian Church; Paris Sportsman’s Club; 25 year club, WSX. Clyde retired from the hot mill dept. of Weirton Steel Corp. as an assistant roller.
Surviving is his sister, Shirley L. Jenkins; brothers, Charles Elliott (Josephine), Harold Elliott (Mary Ann), Floyd “Pete” Elliott (Linda); and a large loving extended family.
Visitation will be Saturday July 8, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 3:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV with Reverend Nadia Stropich presiding. Interment will be at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA.
