ROBERT NICANDRO
Robert J. Nicandro, 73, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on June 28, 2023, at Trinity Medical Center West.
He was born on October 9, 1949, in Johnstown, PA, a son of the late Joseph and Margaret Reese Nicandro.
Robert was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. He worked in the IT Department for the Bank of NY/Mellon in Pittsburgh, PA.
Bob is preceded in death by his brother Joseph Nicandro and brother-in-law Herman Lux.
Bob is survived by long-time friend Donald W. Heiss and sister Grace Lux.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, on Wednesday from 3-6 p.m. with Vigil being held at 5:45 p.m. Funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Thursday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Michael Gossett officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
