ZACHARY HURST

Zac was born on February 4, 1994, in Weirton, WV a son of the late Anthony “Tony” Hurst and Annie Wade of Colliers, WV. In addition to his father, Zac is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lindsay Wade and Sandee (Kasmikis) Scurti and his paternal grandfather Cecil Hurst.

Zac graduated from Brooke High School, Class of 2012. He was employed by Eagle Manufacturing as a mold operator. Zac was a loyal and devoted son, brother, and friend who was willing to give the shirt off his back to anyone who may have needed it. Zac was the life of the party and was sure to make those in his presence laugh and feel included. In his spare time, he enjoyed hanging out with his friends and playing league of legends, apex, and other video games.

In addition to his mother, Zac is survived by his only brother, Ian Hurst and companion Breah Nieman of Wellsburg, WV; maternal grandfather, Bob Scurti of Steubenville, OH; paternal grandmother, Monica (Craig) Albaugh, of New Cumberland, WV; his aunt Becky Cassella of Weirton, WV; cousins Elijah and Dylan; and several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A Celebration of Life for Zac will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 4:00 pm at Mustang Sally’s 2443 Eldersville Rd. Follansbee, WV 26037.
