AUDREY BRYANT

Audrey Irene Bryant, 88 passed away December 6, 2023, at Carriage Inn, Steubenville, OH. Audrey was born to her beloved mother Mary Bryant on Sunday evening February 24, 1935, in Wellsburg, West Virginia. She lived her entire life in Wellsburg going through her school years from First Grade to High School graduating in the Class of 1953. Shortly after graduation Monon- gahela Power called Audrey offering her a job in their Wellsburg Office which she anxiously and graciously accepted. That turned into a 43-year career retiring as Customer Accounting Supervisor. She is a lifelong member of the Community of Christ, serving as Deacon and Congregational Financial Officer. Audrey was very active throughout her life belonging to the Kiwanis Club for 35 years, serving as President for two terms and actively serving on many committees. She sat on the Salvation Army Advisory Council since 1996 and served as Chairperson. She belonged to the Alpha Theta Chapter of the Alpha Pi Sigma Sorority for over 45 serving as President and Treasurer. Special Nieces & Nephews Barb & Ed Stipandic and family, Harlene & Gary Lilly, Sheila & Harold Jones, Sharon Crabtree, Sara Lilly, Jessica & Jason Malinky, and Max Malinky. Close cousins Janeen & Manuel Markos, Greg & Cindy Crabtree, Terry Adams, John (Moe Moe) & Linda Crabtree, Susan & Frank Slanchik, Eunice Mae Crabtree, Margaret & Howard Lauck and families. Several other cousins also survive. Visitation will take place on Friday, December 8, 2023, from 12 Noon until the time of service at 2:30 p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV with Elder Joy Leasure officiating.
