JOANNE WOLFINGER
Joanne V. Wolfinger, 76, of Pierce Township, passed away on December 7, 2023, at Mercy Anderson Hospital. She was born on October 4, 1947, in Mingo Junction, Ohio, the daughter of the late Samuel and MaryAnn Vignovich.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Wolfinger, and sons, Fred Wolfinger Jr. (Jennifer) and Dan Wolfinger.
Joanne was a former longtime employee of Sears, Roebuck and Company. She loved taking care of her sons and home, gardening, and caring for her animals.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home, 177 W. Main Street, Amelia on Monday, December 18 from 4:00 – 7:00 pm. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, December 19 at 10:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and/or Clermont Animal CARE Humane Society.
