LINDA SPENCER

Linda was born April 8, 1947, in Steubenville, daughter of the late Wayne R. and Rose I. (Jordan) Bell.

She was a graduate of Smithfield High School and a member of the Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church. Linda worked as an X-Ray Tech. and later retired from the Cameo Women’s Center in Steubenville. She loved to play the piano, crochet, and plant flowers in her garden.

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Spencer, two brothers, Wayne R. Bell II, and John T. Bell, and one nephew, Wayne R. Bell III.

Linda leaves behind three daughters, Tamara ‘Tami’ (Ronald) Shumard and Necole (Rick) Hritz both of Steubenville, and Joell Kardos of Perrysburg, OH; six grandchildren, Bethany (Andrew) Hayes, Corey (Rachael) Shumard, Mason (Megan) Shumard, Bretton Hritz and fiance Tristan Samples, Brock Kardos and fiance Erika Joldrichsen, and Molly Kardos; seven great-grand- children, Caelyn, Brayden, Connor, Jolene, Violet, Kyiah and Miles.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, Dec. 12 from 12 noon to 2 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield. Linda’s service will follow at 2 pm with Pastor Scott Evans. Burial will follow in the New Alexandria Cemetery. www.jefosterfh.com
