MARY ELLEN GOLDEN

Born June 25, 1932, in Bridgeport, WV she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Connis (Combs) Murray.

She was a Bridgeport graduate and was a retired Legal Secretary. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and it’s United Methodist Womens Group. She was a life member of New Manchester P T A .

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Dean) Golden, an infant son Michael and a daughter Sue Ellen; Two sisters, Martha Kesling Wallace and Frances Crouse Reddinger.

She is survived by two sons, David (Cindy) Golden and Robert Golden; three grandsons, Criss (Lindsey) Golden, Craig (Stefanie) Golden and Corey Golden; three great-grandchildren, Amy, Piper and Zoe.

Visitation will be held Friday, December 15, 2023, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at The Nixon Funeral Home, New Cumberland, Where funeral services will be held on Saturday, at 11 am Interment will follow at the New Cumberland cemetery.
