JANET WISE
Janet Elizabeth Wise, age 80 of Columbus, OH, formerly of Toronto, OH passed away peacefully on December 27, 2023, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She was dedicated to her family, church, and faith. She played the organ at the First Presbyterian Church of Toronto for many years.
Janet is survived by her daughter, Georgia Pick; grandsons Owen and Isaac Pick; son, Stephen (Tyona) Wise; grandsons, Tanner (Alyssa) Wise and Parker Wise; granddaughter, Gabrielle Wise; great-granddaughter, Vivien West; brother, Alex (Annette) Cooper; sister Elaine Bishop, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and nephew.
Visitation for Janet will be held 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 2 at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto.
A celebration service of Janet’s life will be held 3 p.m. January 2 at the First Presbyterian Church, 116 North Third Street, Toronto, OH with the Reverend Jane Scoockey officiating.
Memorial donations in Janet’s memory may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Associatio
Interment will follow at the Toronto Union Cemetery.
