JOLENE SAYERS

Jolene was born August 15, 1954, in Iowa, daughter of the late Bobby J. and Kathryn (Knecht) Stroud.

Jolene formerly worked for Johnson & Johnson in the Warehouse Dept., and also for Bulldog Rack’s Shipping and Receiving Dept.

She had a love for motorcycles and cars, especially Harley Davidsons and Corvettes.

In addition to her parents, Jolene was preceded in death by her brother, Rick Stroud.

Surviving are her husband, Brian K. Sayers, whom she married August 1, 2010; son, Paul (Misty) Newman; daughter, Paulette (Nick) Applegarth; and stepson, Jason (Diamond) Sayers, all of Toronto; three sisters, Connie Norman, and Dorlene (Keith) Appleton, both of Illinois, and Delores (Cindy) Stroud of Georgia; seven grandchildren, Piper, Ive, Ruby, Kaylee, Dayna, Shanna (Jared) Harvey and Gage; two great-grandchildren, Huxlee and Haizlee Harvey.

Visitation for family and friends will take place on Thursday January 4, from 4-8 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH, where her funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. Rev.
