RICHARD L. MEDCALF
Richard L. “Rich” Medcalf, 55, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Trinity West ER.
He was born on October 13, 1968 in Steubenville, Ohio. He was a member of Jefferson Sportsman’s Association and enjoyed remodeling houses, tinkering in his garage and NASCAR racing. Rich is employed by Ohio Valley Electric Company.
Preceding Rich in death was his father William L. Medcalf.
Rich is survived by his mother Nancy L. Medcalf and fiancee Lisa Ellen Beynon.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. Burial at Union Cemetery.
