MARYLEE SHOEMAKER

MaryLee Shoemaker 82, of Steubenville, Ohio peacefully passed away on February 2, 2024.

She was the daughter of the late William and MaryJane (Price) Brown.

MaryLee was born on May 3, 1941. She graduated from Wintersville High School in 1959. MaryLee was happily married to the late Bob Shoemaker for 40 years. MaryLee worked in the Kroger’s bakery for several years where she enjoyed decorating cakes.

In addition to her parents and husband she is also preceded in death by a brother, Bill Brown. She is survived by her beloved sister, Sara Brown; daughter, Cheryl (Charles) Woodward; son, Robert (Jodi) Shoemaker. Several grandchildren who were the loves of her life, Shanlee, Sierra, Clay, Mason, Jayden, Alexia, and Jennalynn; sister-in-law, Nancy Shoemaker.

A special thank you goes out to the wonderful and caring employees of Gables Care Center. A private burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates was held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, Wintersville.
