JOY LEE

Joy Lee, 76, of Richmond, Ohio passed away on May 16, 2024. She was born in Steubenville on September 3, 1947 the daughter of the late Robert D. & June Petrel Lee. Joy was manager of Sam’s Club in Robinson Township prior to its opening until she retired in her 70’s years of age. She was also a part-time farmer and horse owner.
