THOMAS DENT

Born January 11, 1963 in Steubenville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Norman and Genevieve (Perkins) Dent.

He was a member of the Jefferson County Sportsman’s Club and a former caretaker. Tom was a hunter, a fisherman and he loved the outdoors and his family.

Surviving is his wife, Judy (Wycoff) Dent of Hopedale; a son, Robert (Kimberly) Dent of Toronto; stepdaughters, Beth Byers of Hopedale, Jenny (Ricky) Thomas of Kilgore and Angela Byers of Hopedale; seven grandchildren, Kali, Autumn, Destiny, Kadin, Dylan, Laya and Maliha; four great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Mako, Sonya and Evelyn; a brother, Harry Dent and a sister Patty Foldie both of Florida.

Vitiation will be held Sunday, May 26, 2024, from 10am until time of funeral service at 3pm, at the Nixon Funeral Home, 900 Ridge Ave., New Cumberland, WV.
