DOUGLAS WILEY

Douglas W. Wiley, 67, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday June 3, 2024, in the Trinity West ER, in Steubenville, OH.

Doug was born March 29, 1957, in Steubenville, son of the late Roy and Barbara (Utzler) Wiley.

He retired from First Energy Bruce Mansfield Plant in Shippingport, PA, where he worked as a Control Room Operator.

Doug loved his family, especially his grandchildren, and he was an avid train enthusiast.

In addition to his parents, Doug was preceded in death by two infant grandsons, Jacob and Joshua Walter.

Surviving is his wife, Kimberly A. (Vandruff) Wiley, whom he married July 17, 1977; two daughters, Amy (Michael) Mason of Moundsville, WV, and Nicole (Charles) Walter of Toronto; two sisters, Beverly (Pete) Smith of VA, and Judy (Tom) Evantz of Burgettstown, PA two brothers, Jay (Donna) Wiley of Toronto, and Jeffrey (Beth) Wiley of DE.

The light of his life was his grandchildren, Addison, Jacob, Rylee, Gavin, Kasadi Mason and Makayla, Kenzie Walter.

A visitation will be held Thursday June 6, from 5 to 7 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto where his funeral service will follow at 7 PM. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate, and his burial will be at the convenience of his family.
