ROBERT SMITH

Robert C. (Bob) Smith, 86, formerly of Toronto, residing in Richmond, VA, went to be with his Lord Jesus on May 30, 2024.

Services will be held at Starkdale Presbyterian Church on June 15. Visitation at 10 a.m., service at 11 a.m. with lunch to follow.

Bob’s arrangements are in the care of J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., in Toronto, OH.
