Shirley Amelia Petroski,77, of Weirton, WV, a retired fifth grade teacher in Brooke County Schools passed away on June 27, 2024.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth Tkacs Mehall, and her beloved sister, Connie Smith.
She is survived by her daughter and best friend, Kristan (David) Webb.
Visitation will be Tuesday at the Grace Lutheran Church in Steubenville, OH from 12 noon until the time of her funeral at 2 PM.
