MARY JO KLINER
Mary Jo Catherine Kliner, 81, of Steubenville, Ohio, unexpectedly departed this earth for Heaven on Saturday, June 22, 2024.
Mary Jo was born on December 14, 1943, daughter of the late Helen and Eugene Maul.
She is preceded in death by two brothers, Raymond and John Maul. She leaves behind one daughter, Denise Boyd of Steubenville, Ohio, one son, Brian (Julie) Kliner, along with two granddaughters, Hannah and Katie Kliner, all of Chester, West Virginia. One sister, Carol Maul of Salt Lake City, Utah, and one brother, Gene (Yvonne) Maul of Largo, Florida. Also, her most beloved companion, her cherished cat “Peanut”.
Mom, having a degree in the culinary arts, was an avid cook and baker, and was employed at The Greenery restaurant in Steubenville for many years. She loved to read and was also a talented artist. She created many beautiful pieces of stained glass artwork and oil paintings. In her later years, she enjoyed going to the Prime Time Senior Center almost daily. She was loved and will be missed.
As per her requests, there will be no funeral services at this time. The family and friends plan to hold a remembrance service at a later time. We would like to sincerely thank the Prime Time van drivers and Senior Center staff for their kindness and the enrichment they brought into her world.
