Rudolf J. "Rudy" Pitzer, 83, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on July 17, 2024 at the Meadows of Cadiz. Rudy was born on April 9, 1941 in Germany a son of the late Joseph & Anna Pitzer. He was an avid bowler, enjoyed the outdoors and a good day's work. Rudy spent many years as a Union Bricklayer.
Rudy is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Eleanor Pitzer, son Norman Pitzer and one brother Helmuth Pitzer.
Visitation will be held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Saturday from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. with Rev. William Westling presiding.
