ALBERT LUBRAN

Albert Lubran, 81, died on June 18 in Rockville, Maryland of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated in 1960 from Steubenville High School and in 1965 from Bethany College, Bethany, WVa. He attended Officer Training School at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas and retired at the rank of Captain. He was buried in Colorado Springs next to his late wife Donna Tanner. He will be missed by brothers Robert (Bob) of Bethesda, Maryland and Bernard (Bernie) of Rockville, Maryland, his nephews Seth of North Bethesda, MD and Yuri of Rockville, nieces Abby and her wife Jules Stracquadanio and their daughter Noah of Austin, Texas; Rachel of Washington, DC; and Meryl, her husband Dan Silverman, their daughters Izzy and Talia in Washington, DC.
