CAROLYN LANTZ

Carolyn was born on July 29, 1936 in Marshall County, WV. She was the daughter of the late Robert Clark and Majorie (Rose) Clark.

Carolyn was a manager of the former Bank of Follansbee Wesbanco on Hooverson Heights. She was a member of “Tent” Cross Creek United Presbyterian Church, Colliers, WV.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by her grandson, Hunter Hecker and a brother, Calvin Clark.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Lantz (recently celebrated 66 years of marital bliss on June 21), two daughters, Diane Hecker and husband, Doug and Lori Cate and husband, Chris, three grandchildren, John and Matthew Cate and Savannah Hecker, two sisters, Susan Phillips and Linda Dawson and nieces and nephews.

To honor Carolyn’s request, A Private Family Viewing and Service were held at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717 with Pastor Frank Haas, officiating.

Interment followed at St. John Cemetery Haven of Rest, Colliers, WV.
