DORIS SPERLAZZA

She was born February 28, 1939, in Wellsburg, WV to the late John “Pat” Raymond Ryan and Ethel Lucille Tilton Ryan.

Doris loved spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed life and was thankful for every day.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life John Richard Sperlazza of 65 years. She is survived by her son, Mark E. (Shari) Sperlazza, daughters, Jody. J. (Thomas) Diserio of Wellsburg, WV, and Carolyn M. ( Dan) Frio of St. Charles, IL, a brother Gary Ryan of Cleveland, OH, grand children, Tommy, Daniell, Ryan, Ashley, Krista, Matt, Marie, Ryan, Marcie, Rob, Rachael, Franco, Marcus, Patrick and Dayna, great grandchildren, Maia, Maggie, Parker, Grady, Kason, Madyson, Santino, Amelia, Liam, Avery, Josephine and Rosalene several nieces and nephews also survive. Special thanks to all of her caregivers and Valley hospice for all the exceptional LOVE and care that they gave Doris.

Visitation will be held Sunday, August 18, 2024, from 4-8p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV. Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be Celebrated Monday, August 19, 2024, with Father Justin Golna as Celebrant at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Wellsburg, WV at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Franklin Cemetery, Wellsburg, WV.
