HERBERT TENNANT JR.

Herbert C. Tennant Jr., 77, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on August 11, 2024. He was born on June 29, 1947, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Herbert and Betty (Pellet) Tennant. In addition to his parents, Herbert is preceded in death by his nephew, Fred.

Herbert was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was involved in the American Legion Post 6906.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pauline (Minnis) Tennant; his sons, Bob (Marcy) Tennant, Paul Minnis Jr., Steven Minnis, Patrick Minnis, Michael Minnis, and Tony Minnis; his daughters, Renee Tennant, Teresa Felekey, and Paula Jobe; his sisters, Sally and Sharla; his 17 grandchildren; and his 5 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio 43953, on Friday, August 16, 2024, from 11 A.M. until time of services at 1 P.M. with Pastor Bill Westling officiating. Burial and military honors will follow at Union Cemetery in Steubenville, Ohio.
