JAMES COTTRELL
James Ernest Cottrell, 80, of Weirton passed away August 12, 2024. He was born on February 3, 1944 in Calhoon County WV, the son of the late Harvey and Loretta (Lynch) Cottrell.
He retired from the City of Weirton, last working in the Water Dept. Private Services will be held. Nixon Funeral Home was in charge of services.
