BRIDGET BINKIEWICZ

Bridget Ann Binkiewicz, 64, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on September 9, 2024. She was born on October 2, 1959, in Steubenville, Ohio, to Bernard and Mary Lue (Cunningham) Zascavage. Bridget is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Binkiewicz; her brother, Bernard Zascavage; and her sister, Brenda Zascavage.

Bridget was Catholic by faith and was a member at Holy Family Church in Steubenville, Ohio. She was a coach/referee for basketball and was involved in the State Teachers Retirement System. She loved playing bingo, her crossword puzzles, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

In addition to her parents, Bridget is survived by her daughter, Tara Zascavage; her sisters, Bernadette (Mark) Zarych and Mary Lue (Richard) Kopech; her brothers, Charles (Victoria) Zascavage and Bryan (Anna Christine) Zascavage; her grandchildren, Promis Crabtree, Jacqualine Crabtree, and Lucas Hutchison; her great granddaughter, Halo Buggs; and her many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 4-8 P.M. A Vigil will begin at 7:30 P.M. on Thursday. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Church, 2655 Alexander Blvd, Steubenville, Ohio, the following day, Friday, September 13, 2024, at 10 A.M. with Father Drake McCalister officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville, Ohio.
