JAMES LILLY

James was born on August 20, 1953 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Albert Lilly and Edith Elizabeth (Williams) Lilly.

James graduated from Jefferson Community College as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer. He retired after nearly 40 years of service from Weirton Medical Center as the Facilities Maintenance Director. Many will remember James for his enjoyment of watching the Pittsburgh Steelers; but most of all, spending time with his grandchildren and family.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his two siblings, Linda Austin and Marybeth Lilly.

James is survived by his wife of 42 years, Christine (Anderson) Lilly, three children, Michelle Lilly and her fiance, Mingo Offenberger, Jennifer Robinson and her husband, Mike and Jake Lilly and his fiancee, Tyger Eltringham, four grandchildren, Lillian Blake, Jude Blake, Milo Robinson and Mary Jane Lilly, two siblings, David Lilly and his wife, Wilma and Peggy Lilly and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, September 24, 2024 from 4:00 PM until time of Funeral Service 7:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV.
