JANICE HILSON
Mrs. Janice Lee Hilson, 82, of Steubenville, OH, passed away October 7, 2024, in Steubenville, OH.
She was born January 24, 1942, in Wheeling, WV, daughter of the late Charles Washington and Helen West Johnson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Leroy Hilson, her son Lindsay Hilson and 9 siblings.
Mrs. Hilson attended Wayne High School in Bloomingdale OH and was a paraprofessional for Steubenville City Schools for 25 years. She was a Methodist by faith.
She survives by her children: Cassaundra (Paul) Taylor, Leroy T. (Brenda) Hilson Sr., and Bonita Hilson ; grandchildren: Leroy T. Hilson Jr. Kortney (Rashaud) Hilson- Pitts, Tiffany Hilson, Whitney (Joshua) Boni, Brandon Hilson, and Simone Dreher; 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandsons; 10 siblings and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation hours 9:00 a.m. on Saturday October 12, 20024 followed by funeral at 10:00 a.m. at 711 North Fifth Street, Steubenville, Ohio
