VIVIAN WHEELER

She was born September 12, 1936, in Butler, PA to the late Russel E. and Ruth Ann Myers Eppinger.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ernest Wheeler, a daughter Mercia “Mercy” Earnest, two brothers Charles “Bud” and Russel Edward Eppinger, three sisters Mildred Eppinger, Geraldine Black, and Betty Weaver. She is survived by her daughters Linda Yost (Web) and Debbie Palmer (Larry) all of Wellsburg, WV, eight grandchildren, four step grandchildren, thirteen great grand- children, six step great grandchildren and also her very special friend June also survives.

Visitation will take place on Sunday, November 3, 2024, from 2-4p.m. and 6-8p.m.at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV.

Funeral service, Monday November 4, 2024, at 11a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor James Seabright officiating.

Interment will follow at St. John Haven of Rest, Colliers, WV.
