Paul W. Zink, 90, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away at his residence on Monday, November 4, 2024. He was born in Wheeling, WV on April 24, 1934 a son of the late Christian & Viola LaRue Zink.
Paul was retired from Satralloy and the Cardinal Plant. He also operated his own carpet cleaning business, served as an auxiliary patrolman for Wintersville Police Dept. and was a loyal employee of Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home for over 50 years. He served in the Army. Paul was a member of Two Ridges Presbyterian Church; Prime Time Seniors, Toronto Friday Night Seniors, Four Seasons of Weirton and FOP Lodge 97.
Preceding Paul in death were his wife Rosa C. Morelli Zink; brothers Henry, Clifford, James, Christian, Glen, Bernard & Bud and sister Roxie Patterson.
Paul is survived by his two sons Paul D. "Doug" (Sara) Zink & Dwain A. (Melissa) Zink; companion Helen Bayne; four grandchildren Mindy, Aeryk (Kota), Rachel (Steven) & Alex; five great grandchildren Skylar, Kyleigh, Charlie, Brooks Perry & Eleina; brothers George & Dale Zink; and sisters Wanda Oiler & Dorothy Craig.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road on Thursday 3-6 p.m.; where services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday with Rev. Bill Lawrence officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
