Delanore “Dell” Howell, 88, of Steubenville, passed away on Friday December 6, 2024 peacefully at home.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church from 11 am until the time of the time of funeral mass at noon, Fr. Matthew Gossett will celebrate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
