FRANCES BILLHAM

Frances Marie Billham, 87, passed away on November 30, 2024 at Valley Hospice North Care Center. She was born Sept. 14, 1937 in Wellsburg W.Va. a daughter of the late Huston & Luella Ann Crawford Holloway.
Frances was preceded in death by her two brothers Charles and Eugene.
Frances is survived by her husband, Ralph J. Billham; sons James, Ralph and Ed; sisters Delcie Jones and Shirley Bowersock; grandchildren Brittany and Cody and great grandchildren, Leah, John & Westley.
Private services were held on Dec. 4, 2024 at
Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
Memorial donations may be made in Frances’s name to the Jefferson County Humane Society.
