LESTER HARTLEY

Lester was born on November 23, 1968 in Weirton, WV. He was the son of Lester Paul Hartley Sr. and Edith (Tingler) Hartley.

Lester was a Semi Truck Driver. He loved to work on cars and enjoyed woodworking; but most of all, he was a jack of all trades and was always there willing to help.

Lester was preceded in death by his birth mother, Beverly Ann (McAbee) Hartley and two brothers, David Paul Hartley and Jason Edward Hartley.

In addition to his father and mother, Lester is survived by his wife, Celesta Carol (Cross) Hartley, a sister, Terry Strickland of California two aunts, Minnie Anderson and Nancy Fram and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 1:00 until time of Funeral Service at 3:00 PM at the James Funeral Home, Follansbee, WV (304)527-1717.
