Lorelei Elizabeth (Evans) Hazlett, 84 of Follansbee, WV, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the Wellsburg Healthcare Center under the care of the staff with the assistance of Amedisys Hospice.
Lorelei was born on February 2, 1940 in Follansbee, WV. She was the daughter of the late Daniel Evans and Pearle (Brady) Evans.
In addition to her parents, Lorelei was preceded in death by her husband, Robert C. Hazlett, a daughter, Melissa Tate, a granddaughter, Brianna Nicole Marziale and her sister, Inez O'Shanka.
Lorelei is survived by her son, Donald Mark Marziale of Weirton, WV.
