PONG HUI “JEANNIE” WELLS

Pong Hui “Jeannie” Wells, 77, of Toronto, Ohio, passed away on November 30, 2024. She was born on December 20, 1946, in Incheon, South Korea, to the late Pang Sa Yong and Yi Yon Cha. Jeannie was a steel worker for Wheeling-Pitt Steel for many years and was also a faithful member at Faith Chapel Church in Steubenville, Ohio.

She is survived by her son, John (Jessica) Wells; her daughter, Deborah (Joey) Lamantia; her 3 brothers and 2 sisters; her grandchildren, Doug (Makenzie) and Jacob (Kelli) Snodgrass, Maya Lamantia, and Ava and Benjamin Wells; her great grandchildren, Tate and Aiden Snodgrass; and her many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 4-7 P.M. A funeral service will be held the following day, Saturday, December 8, 2024, at 10 A.M. with Pastor Herman Tranter officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond Union Cemetery.
