Joyce G. Vest, 78, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on January 3, 2025 at Trinity West Medical Center. Joyce was born August 20, 1946 in Naugatuck, WV a daughter of the late Henry & Adath Harmon Marcum. Joyce worked for Bates Amusement from 1980 - 2015.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Henry & Adath and three siblings Jasper Glenn Marcum, Linda Lou Hay & H. L. Marcum.
She is survived by her loving husband Edward Vest; children Lisa (Anthony) Notturniano, Joey (Angelique) Bowe & Richard (Angela) Bowe; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, 801 Canton Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Friday January 10, 2025 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Jefferson County Humane Society.
