Noel Harvard of Weirton, WV. Passed away at home in Bensalem, PA, on December 5, 2024.
Noel a graduate of Weir High School Class of 1975 and Fairmont State University 1979. Noel worked for ALL STATE Insurance in Management for 34 years.
He was proceeded in death by his mom Dora, sister Renee, and brother Edward.
He is survived by his son Malcolm and wife Erin Harvard, 2 sisters Joyce and Virginia, and a brother Emmett, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services were at Givnish Funeral Home Academy Rd, Philadelphia Pa.
