ROBERT ROKSANDICH

He was born on March 20, 1940, in Steubenville, OH a son of the late Michael and Peggy (Jackson) Roksandich. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Dianne Roksandich.

Bob graduated from Follansbee High School Class of 1958 he went on to Kent State University where he played for the Kent State Golden Flashes Football Team. He worked for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel as a millwright-mechanic for 38 years. Bob was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Cedar Lodge Club. Bob loved to hunt, be outdoors, go camping with his camper, and build and repair things. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Ohio State fan. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and following along with activities and sports his grandchildren were involved in.

Bob is survived by his beloved wife and love of his life for 63 years Annette Marie (Bilchak) Roksandich at home; two sons, Pat (Kelly) Roksandich of Follansbee, WV, Bob (Stephanie) Roksandich of Brunswick, OH; six grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Brandon Roksandich (Taylor), Devan Roksandich (Maddie), Jake, Ethan, and Noah Roksandich; four great grandchildren, Ava, Dash, Bexlee, and Baylor; one niece, Megan (Kevin) Hardy; one nephew, John (Julie) Bilchak; and several cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 10:00 am until the time of the Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 am at Mullenbach Funeral Home 669 Main St. Follansbee, WV 26037.

Inurnment will be held privately.
