Donna Newton Brown 89, of Wellsburg, WV passed away February 10, 2025, at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV.
She was born March 10, 1935, in Wheeling, WV to the late John W. and Lola Roberts Newton. She retired from the Brooke County Clerk's office. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Wellsburg.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband William "Bill" J. Brown who passed August 11, 2024, her stepmother Florence "Sammy" Ventresca, her brother John W. Newton IV, two sisters Doris Kirker and Wanda Gilchrist.
She is survived by her two daughters Nadine Brown of Follansbee, WV, Cathy (Bill) Cipriani of Wellsburg, WV, five grandchildren Rob (Brandi) Henderson, Jason Stewart, Spencer (Jaimie) Allemond, Emilee (Chris) Stewart, Max (Sarah) Allemond, seven great grandchildren and one great -great grandchild and her niece Linda Likins also survive. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, from 3p.m. until the time of service at 5p.m. at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg, WV with Rev. Mary Jane Knapp officiating.
