Phyllis A. Bee, 81, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at Trinity West Medical Center. Phyllis was born on January 8, 1944 in Steubenville, Ohio the daughter of the late Philip & Martha McCombs Buono. Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband James L. Bee, Sr. She is survived by children Jamie (Darin) Heavilin, Janie (Brian) Hibbits and James L. Bee, Jr.
Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Additional visitation Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. with Pastor Tim Groos officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
