She was born on September 28, 1931, in Welsmar (Toronto), Ohio, the youngest daughter of the late James and Pansy Rae (Perrine) Black.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Friday, March 7, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home, 8536 Market St., Boardman, Ohio 44512.
