ARLENE BAILEY

Born in Washington State, Arlene’s life was one of adventure, service, and deep commitment. Through her distinguished military career, she lived throughout the country, touching countless lives along the way with her resilience, kindness, and strong spirit. After her retirement, she made her home in Steubenville, Ohio, where she continued to share her warmth and compassion with those around her.

Arlene is survived by her loving daughter, Sandy Casad, and her devoted son, Rich Bailey. Her legacy of strength, service, and love lives on in them and all who had the honor of knowing her.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 9 am until time of services at 10 am at the Mosti Funeral Home, Sunset Chapel, 4435 Sunset Blvd., Steubenville. Burial will follow in Hopedale Cemetery.
