JON COOK

He will be remembered with love by his wife, Judy Cook; his son, Jon A. Cook; his daughter, Traci (John) Ross; his brothers, Rick Cook and Herbie (Bonnie) Cook; his sister, Cathy (Rudy) Nagy; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Samuel Herbert and Ann M. Smerecansky Cook, Jon was preceded in death by his sister, Judy Zajac.

Private visitation and funeral will be held at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home.
